NUTRITION AND ASSESSMENT PLAN WITH FOLLOW UP

In your 30 minute Assessment & Plan session, we will take baseline measurements for height, weight and body fat. We will outline a nutrition plan based on your specific goals and needs as well as establish an accountability system to reach your goals quickly and efficiently.  We also offer 30 minute follow up sessions.

KINESIO TAPING

Do you have pain or soreness when exercising? We can help! We use Kinesio Tape to help our clients reduce pain in movement, improve their  range of motion and support their postural. Jason is Functional Movement Techniques (FMT) certified through RockTape. We use RockTape’s FMT  taping techniques which are designed to use the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion.

POSTURAL RESET

We tape our clients into a corrective posture  once a week. One of the great benefits of Kinesio Tape is that allows you to move and exercise without restriction. After movement, the tape wants to return to its original length which help neurologically remind you of that corrective posture. Helping our clients to correct their posture improves their movement, reduces pain and aids in athletic performance.

SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION

Soft Tissue Mobilization (STM) is a process of decompressing tissue using instruments to treat injuries, relieve pain, improve mobility and stability of a joint and improve athletic performance. We combine STM with Kinesio Taping and corrective exercises for a 30 minute appointment to get you back to your workout quickly and efficiently.
